Labour have been caught red handed planting their own activists into impartial civil service jobs.
First, they have given top jobs to party donors, sometimes without proper disclosure.
Now there's an independent body tasked to adjudicate situations just like this.
So now … Labour have appointed one of their activists to that group as well.
Meaning a dedicated Labour partisan will be tasked with marking Labour’s homework.
Making the government completely unaccountable.
They have made these appointments because they thought no-one would notice.
But more need to know about what is going on and why it matters. And the risk these appointments pose to democracy in this country.
Keir Starmer has hundreds of MPs who will do whatever he wants.
He has all but one of the devolved metro mayors. None of whom will stand up to him.
And now he is politicising the civil service to make his government completely unaccountable.
It’s vital now more than ever that there is a strong opposition. One which can raise the alarm when the Government behaves in a way that undermines democracy.
