The Canterbury parliamentary constituency covers most of the area represented by Canterbury City Council. That includes the city itself, the surrounding villages, and Whitstable. Herne Bay meanwhile is part of the North Thanet Constituency.
As a local Association, we provide support to secure the election of Conservative candidates at all levels of national and local government.
We also hold a broad range of social events for members. That means everything from our annual dinner, to regular lunches with Conservative figures such as MPs and retired frontbenchers. You can find out more by visiting our Canterbury Conservative Facebook page, and our Whitstable Conservatives Facebook page.
We encourage members to get involved as much as they want. That might mean helping with campaigns, or during elections. It can also mean standing as a local councillor. If you simply want to pledge your support, we appreciate that too.
If you would like to become a member of the Conservative Party follow the link at the top of this page.
We welcome everyone. There are no requirements other than a shared belief in the aims of the Conservative Party.
